1. Orders & Payments
- Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent transactions.
- Prices listed on our website are final and inclusive of applicable taxes.
2. Shipping & Delivery
- India: Free shipping on all orders.
- International orders: Actual shipping charges apply as shown at checkout.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier or customs delays.
- Customers must provide an accurate shipping address; we are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
- Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placement.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
- Refunds are processed as per our Cancellation Policy in eligible cases.
- Shipping charges on international orders are non-refundable.
4. Returns & Exchanges
- Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products, as per our Returns & Exchange Policy.
- Customers must report any issues within 24 hours of delivery with proper evidence (photos/videos).
- Returned products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available for Indian customers only.
- Customers who repeatedly refuse COD deliveries may have COD access restricted.
6. Product Descriptions & Colours
- We take care to describe products accurately, but slight colour variations may occur due to screen differences.
- Such minor variations are not considered defects and are not grounds for return or refund. See our Disclaimer for details.
7. Intellectual Property
- All website content — including images, designs, and logos — is the property of Inayah Fashion.
- Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of our content is strictly prohibited.
8. Privacy
- Customer information is stored securely and used only for order processing and communication.
- We do not share customer details with third parties except for logistics and payment processing. See our Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Inayah Fashion is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use or service delays.
- We are not liable for losses caused by force majeure events, including natural disasters, strikes, or supply-chain disruptions.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- These terms are governed by the laws of India.
- Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kerala, India.
