1. Acceptance of These Terms

• By accessing our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the policies linked on this page.
• You are responsible for providing accurate contact, billing, and delivery information and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials.
• If you are not legally able to enter into a purchase contract, an authorised parent, guardian, or representative must act on your behalf where required.

2. Products, Images & Availability

• We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, sizing information, photographs, colours, prices, and availability accurately.
• Actual colours may vary slightly because of photography, lighting, fabric characteristics, and individual screen settings. Minor visual variations that do not materially change the product are not necessarily defects.
• Product availability can change without notice. If an ordered item becomes unavailable, we may contact you regarding an alternative or cancel the affected item or order and process any applicable refund.

3. Pricing, Payments & Promotions

• The price, currency, discounts, taxes, delivery charges, and other applicable amounts shown at checkout form part of the order total.
• Prepaid orders are processed after payment authorisation or confirmation. Cash on Delivery may be offered for eligible orders and locations.
• If a material pricing, technical, or display error is identified, we may place the order on hold, contact you for clarification, or cancel the affected order. If a prepaid order is cancelled by us for this reason, the amount collected for the cancelled order will be refunded through the applicable payment route.
• Discounts, promotional codes, and special offers are subject to their stated conditions and may not be combined unless expressly permitted.

4. Order Review & Acceptance

• Submitting an order is a request to purchase the selected products. We may verify payment, inventory, delivery serviceability, contact information, and order details before processing.
• We may decline or cancel an order in reasonable circumstances, including stock unavailability, payment verification failure, suspected fraud or misuse, material pricing errors, or lack of courier serviceability.
• If Inayah Fashion cancels a prepaid order before fulfilment, the eligible amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded to the original payment method or otherwise handled as required by applicable law.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Available shipping methods, charges, and estimated delivery information are shown at checkout or communicated as part of the order process.
• Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Courier movement, weather, customs, public holidays, service disruptions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may affect delivery times.
• You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and reachable contact number. Additional costs or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete details may be borne by the customer where permitted by law.
• International orders may be subject to destination-specific customs procedures, duties, taxes, or other charges where applicable.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

• An eligible prepaid order cancelled within 6 hours of placement, provided it has not been dispatched, qualifies for a full refund to the original payment method.
• If an eligible prepaid cancellation is requested after 6 hours but before dispatch, a 2.5% payment-gateway processing charge will be deducted from the refund.
• Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Delivery refusal is handled separately and may involve applicable forward and return shipping charges.
• International order cancellations are subject to a 5% bank and processing charge, subject to applicable law.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Store Credit

• Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery and are subject to eligibility under our Returns & Exchange Policy.
• Eligible products must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with original tags and barcodes intact, and securely packed in the original packaging.
• Eligible kids' partywear purchases are handled through exchange or store credit. Cash refunds are not available except for qualifying cancellation or other cases where a refund is required under applicable law.
• Returned items are inspected before an exchange, store credit, or other applicable resolution is approved.

8. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is offered only where it is available and approved for the relevant order and delivery location.
• Customers should place COD orders only when they intend and are available to accept delivery.
• Repeated COD cancellations, refusals, or failed deliveries may result in restriction of COD on future orders.

9. Intellectual Property

• Unless otherwise stated, the website's branding, logos, text, graphics, photographs, designs, layouts, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Inayah Fashion.
• You may use the website for personal shopping and other lawful personal purposes. Unauthorised copying, reproduction, commercial exploitation, republication, or distribution of protected content is prohibited.

10. Privacy & Third-Party Services

• Personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
• Information may be processed by service providers involved in functions such as website operation, payments, fraud prevention, communication, fulfilment, logistics, and delivery where necessary to provide our services.
• Third-party payment providers, courier services, applications, or external websites may also operate under their own terms and privacy practices.

11. Prohibited Use

You must not use our website or services to:

• Engage in unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive activity.
• Attempt unauthorised access to accounts, systems, data, or restricted areas of the website.
• Introduce malicious code, interfere with website security or operation, or misuse automated tools in a manner that disrupts the service.
• Copy, scrape, reproduce, or commercially exploit protected website content without permission except where permitted by law.

12. Limitation of Liability & Events Beyond Our Control

• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Inayah Fashion will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from use of the website, third-party service interruptions, or delays outside our reasonable control.
• We are not responsible for a failure or delay caused by events reasonably beyond our control, including severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, governmental restrictions, transport disruption, telecommunications outages, or supply-chain interruptions.
• Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability, consumer rights, or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory consumer rights, remedies, or jurisdiction available under applicable law, other disputes relating to these terms or our services will be subject to the courts having appropriate jurisdiction in Kerala, India.
